HIGH MAST POLE

High mast lighting pole, which has been the sign of El luminaire’s genuine and pioneering style, works with the principle in maintenance and repair of high mast lighting poles, automatic raising and lowering of projectors instead of operators going up to the top of the poles. With a cable or remote control board, the projectors automatically go up or down. This system is needed because of time, labor, and safety. High mast poles can be used in highways, airports, ports, factories, construction sites, cross-roads, squares, parking lots, and sports fields.

PROJECTOR POLES

6 – 45 mt galvanized polygonal projector poles, which are the essential of the construction sector; used in one-way, two-ways and four-ways field lighting, can be produced with platform and protection ladder. Projector poles can be used in freeways, airports, ports, factories, construction sites, cross-roads, squares, parking lots, and sports fields.

– The height of the pole is 6 – 45 mt.

– It is produced one piece by slip–joint or flange connection of polygonal modules.

– There is a base plate for anchorage base montage.

– There are crossbar and platforms for the installment of the projectors.

– 1–way, 2–ways, 3–ways, 4–ways, 6–ways, 8–ways lighting can be done.

– The poles are protected by hot–dip galvanization against corrosion. (Painting over galvanization is optional.)

HINGED POLES

6 – 15 mt hinged poles, which make it easier to reach the equipment on top of the pole, are bent controlled with the hinge system placed in the bottom or middle of the pole.

– The height of the pole is 6 – 15 mt.

– It is produced hinged by slip–joint or flange connection of polygonal modules.

– There is a base plate for anchorage base montage.

– There is access from the ground to the top of the pole for the operator with the help of a pulley.

– There is a top crossbar for a projector, camera, and accessory montage.

– The poles are protected by hot–dip galvanization against corrosion. (Painting over galvanization is optional.)

– Special projects for standard wind speeds of 130 km/hour – 150 km/hour and various wind speeds (90 km/hour, 160 km/hour).

CAMERA POLES

 

2 – 30 mt camera, safety camera, and mobese poles, which take an important place in establishing personal and social safety, are used in mobese projects, freeways, airports, ports, factories, construction sites, cross-roads, squares, parking lots, sports fields and private properties.

– The height of the pole is 2 – 30 mt.

Limited tilt: Vibration and deflection movements as a result of wind, affects camera sensitivity in high poles negatively. With the help of static calculations, modifications on pole diameter and steel thickness make deflection to be restricted in demanded limits.

LATTICE TOWER

10 – 100 mt lattice poles, which are carrying high voltage lines and GSM antennas, are produced by using brace or circular components with bolt connection.

– The height of the pole is 10 – 100 mt.

– Pole or platform is produced for the montage of GSM antennas.

– Limited tilt design according to wind loads.

– The poles are protected by hot–dip galvanization against corrosion. (Painting over galvanization is optional.)

– Design according to preferred wind speeds (130 km/hour, 160 km/hour etc.)

Limited tilt: Vibration and deflection movements as a result of wind affects camera sensitivity in high poles negatively. With the help of static calculations, modifications on pole diameter and steel thickness make deflection to be restricted in demanded limits.

 

Caged ladder: Protection ringed ladder, which provides operator to reach the platform.

 

Portable ladder: Portable ladder, which provides operator to reach the platform.
